Awesome video my friend!!! Just FYI,....they didn't over-shoot the landing zone. Once they arrive they generally make a pass or two around the area to determine the best incoming approach in order to avoid power lines and other potential obstacles. Especially scene flights that occur at night.

From just what I know of they were a younger couple, For what my son and all have mentioned cause he lives right there. But they looked like they were going over the track, possibly around the arms of The crossing as the train was coming. I don't know if they thought they could get through it before it came but it apparently hit them. I don't know if it's from the nose of the car or Tell end of the car. But it did tear out the railroad crossing light pole. They will survive as far as I know. And from the statement below from a family member saying that the niece is pregnant as well.

The car was on the right side as your looking at the video. lt was hard to see from the angle. Looks like the car was really messed up. I'm sorry and pray your niece and her baby will be ok. Also for the young man. If you can update conditions for us here, I would appreciate it. I do pray for them.

This was my wife's niece and her boyfriend. Her niece is pregnant. Thank you for recording this. My wife said her niece is going to be okay but not sure about the boyfriend.

This video is pretty bad. I'm sorry, when I loaded to my pg I wasn't thinking really that others would view. Or have a reason too. I put it here so my family could see a video. lol But, I look at it and kinda laugh at myself. lol My kids are all grown now and we have grandchildren who live in this area in olivehurst too.. so so, much worry.. Pray that all of Ca. stays safe.

i was in this flood and took our boat when we were evacuating my husband put our belongings in our boat and my son was 4 yrs old off we went animals with us too it was so surreal..sad time.
