According to this other video, the composer's name is Onie Oclarit :) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aamVaMepx6yanIk.html Addendum: apparently, there's also a Wikipedia about him and it says he wrote the song in 1994. It was supposedly the grand champion of a songwriting contest, tho the wiki article didn't mention which one en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Oclarit
