for some reason using port 5000 is not working and i cannot connect react native to api (but postman works). Is there a reason why 5000 cannot? 8080 works. thanks for this video!

I made the node js server in localhost machine and react native on expo snack and used same code Is showing network error . I replaced localhost by address provided by xampp an it run absolutely fine on chrome but on expo sanck showing network error . help dude we are coders

All files in the "mobile" folder are downloadable on the Internet. Sorry that I can't provide the file due to its size (totally > 1GB). BTW, you can download and install each component for example, Needed -Android SDK, as I knew Google didn't provide separated Android SDK anymore. You may have to download Android Studio and it is bundled with Android SDK (developer.android.com/studio/index.html). And usually after the installation, all the paths are set automatically. -JDK (www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html) -Node.js (nodejs.org/en/) Optional -Genymotion (www.genymotion.com/). This is optional for mobile emulator. -VScode (code.visualstudio.com/). Also optional for code editing. I just prepared all of them to shorten the installation time for students in my class.
