I used the factory 5.3 AC compressor and had some custom lines made to adapt the new style compressor to the blazer ac system

I’m LS swapping my blazer 4x4 also. On the header issue, mine has a 5” lift and I’m going to solid axle swap the front. Do you think that would make long tubes possible?

For sure! If you eliminate the ifs you won't have a problem

Nope it's not but then again, the entire corner weight is on that part itself. The kits sold at harbor freight work well, it's just really helpful to have an impact of some variety.

Had the same issue with my 93 input shaft seal. Before I realized this was my issue my tranny went all to heck :(.

Curious in what kind of lowering kit you used? Also where can I find those fender flares?

They're factory flares and it's a belltech lowering kit but I'm not sure they make it anymore. I think the new ones have a different part number than what mine is. I bought mine on eBay.

Looks good but I'm always really confused as to why people film cars in tight garages with close-up shots instead of pulling back so we can actually see it. Anyway those rear Vette wheels are going the wrong direction. Still you did a great job.

Actually the front wheels are going the wrong way. They were right until I took it for a tire rotation and they came back backwards. It's fine. 😆

When you did your exhaust manifolds, did you run into an issue with hitting the shock tower at all?? Where did you get your manifolds as I tried searching sng preformance and can not find anything about them?

So glad to see this posted up. I have a 08 4x4 Silverado that the frame is going bad in, and the 4 8 is great with 156 thousand on it. That I been seriously thinking of putting on a blazer or jimmy that's also 4x4.

Good job. I'm doing an LS into a '96 S10 pickup, 4x4, 5 spd manual trans and manual shift transfer case. Was looking for anyone doing the manual trans but haven't seen anyone yet.
