Just watched this episode last night for the very first time and was laughing my head off. Absolutely brilliant and one of the best episodes of the series. So glad they brought in James Marsters into the series. Season 4 was an absolute dud. James/Spike was the best character on both series...they really should have given him a spin off show.

so, not sure if people have gathered episode placement. But this one happened about 3 episodes AFTER Spike finally overcame Angel and beat him down for the cup of Mountain Dew. Spike showed he was finally on angel's level in a fight, was no longer intimidated by him and was his clear equal.....................................then he gets the shit kicked out of him in an elevator by a puppet
