7:01 what is the metal tube at the top of the throttle body that has the hose going on top of the radiatior and what does it do?. My truck is missing the tube on the top. My one heater core tube goes to the T fitting that goes somewhere behind my tentioner pulley and the other piece connects to the bottom of the 2nd inlet on the throttle body. I have a 13 gallon tank off of my 1941 tractor. It has rust in the entire tank. Would one gallon on each work with rolling it all around so that the entire surface of the tank is hit, or do I need to add more. Thanks!

I got a new shifter with od button and boot, new plunger tube and bushings and new pin❤ also got the turn signal switch assembly and the ignition switch and actuator bar. Im doing a restoration on this truck everything except body work. It is a 97 f250 xlt diesel. Crew cab short bed. It displays all of the typical obs problems and then some. Mostly just really well used and stuff eventually wore out or died. Restoring my drivers door after my column is 100% again. Door repair kit from cp addict and new pins latch and striker. Then doing brakes and suspension..it runs fantastic and very strong so im saving the engine for last. Has a disc brake rear end from a newer truck but still 8x6.5 all around on factory alcoas. Cannot waotnto start daily driving this after i get my psrking brake hooked up. The disc brake swap left the rear cables about 6" in shy of the intermediate cable. Making an extension tonight hopefully getting my parking brake working again❤

The cost is probably worth it. All 6 mounts hardware spacers and the removal tool. They give you everything you need except the floor jack😂 the Superior fitment, quality, and the completeness of this kit is worth the money. They are about $500 for anyone wondering.

Never had that exact problem with my 82, when it was hot outside it wouldn't work, cooled down somewhat and it would work? Thought it was dash switch, i unplugged it and jumped power, reversing polarity and it worked but then again it had cooled off by then, Guessing dash switch is ok, gonna plug it back in and try it. motor which had been fine and oiled up after replacing rubber bushing stops or regulator didn't like heat. Need to sell it and get my old 302 shortblock out of it. My outside switch quit yrs ago. There should be a crank on these pricks!

Have a crack that goes all the way thru and on top of bezel where those 3 clips are. plan on repairing crack but need to know the finish of black spray paint to use. Gloss, Semi gloss or flat, thank you once again.

1996 Bronco XLT OD Light flashing Hard Shifts No speedo or dome lights Also, Fuse 8 blows within minutes of replacement. I replaced speed sensor on the rear diff. No change. Any thoughts?

I have installed 10 LEDs in the gauge cluster, 3 in the climate control, 3 in the third brake light, and 2 license plate lights. That's 18 lights in total, and i haven't had to uninstall and rotate any of them, which seems mathematically impossible. Almost feels like I've done something wrong but they work so... Anyone else had this happen? Also, I left my door open during the installation, which was only about 30 minutes, but my battery went dead. I definitely recommend unplugging your battery if you take on this project

Just want to confirm that the Check Engine light is okay to swap to LED? That's a question not a statement btw. I know some have recommended not changing the ABS light along with the bottom 6 lights, so I'm just wanting to make sure the check engine light is okay to go LED. Also a tip, if you use a bright white LED the Check Engine warning becomes yellow instead of orange, or at least mine is. So if that bothers you you will need to buy another color. Hopefully it is only lit prior to startup though haha

Damnit man that was a good video on getting the rust out. I want to do this on a generator fuel tank holds 5 to 7 gallons. Do you have a go on how I could get all the water out, cannot get hands in there. Maybe let the sun dry a few hours pretty hot out right now. I plan on using the marvel oil should the inside of tank be completely dry first?

I have been looking for a way to do drop my tank without taking off the bed. I live in the rust belt and my bed is probably rusted solid to the frame at this point. I plan on capping off the fuel lines for the time being since my rear tank developed a pretty decent leak and I only drive my truck in town.
