Your layer thickness seems quite low compared to most suggestions for 0.6mm nozzles, which are generally 0.3mm or more. Layer height is also a key parameter in print speed (logically), but I hadn't seen anyone else suggest your changes for wall thickness and passes. It seems that combination of both would help print speed dramatically!

Can you use auto refill in a way where it does not go in order through the roll spots? For example, if I am printing something that has 2 colors and I know 1 of the colors will run out before the print finishes, can I tell bambu something like "when pink is done in spot 1, use spot 4 which has the same pink."?

No idea if this would work as I have not actually tried this but may be worth a try to see what happens. In the PREPARE screen of the slicer you select how many filaments you will use for the print in the top left menu in order ie 1,2,3,4...., I presume the print will use 1 first & then number 2 second etc. You can then select which filament slot in your AMS is matched up to each Filament number position in the slicer, so I'd assume if you put AMS slot 3 into the slicers Filament 1 position that would get used first . Could be wrong but maybe worth a shot ✌
