Brings back memories from my youth

I've seen these a few times now, and I'm eternally grateful for their dedication to their craft because I missed the best genesis era by a decade, and this is the closest we'll get to seeing the real thing, when you're watching this band, and if you close your eyes, sorry, no, I mean if you squint your eyes, you could easily be transported back to the seventies. One thing hit me when I see Musical Box preform, Mike Rutherford does more than anyone else in the band, he never seems to get a rest, haha, Musical Box come back to the UK please, I need my Genesis fix....

Their longest enduring song that has not been released yet (that I know of) was Gone Fishin, as featured on Harold Ensley's Sportsman Friend TV show for 48 years. It was the opening and closing theme.

Wowee! At least24 different actors were in more than one screenplay. Also, it was special to see David Janssen, who starred in The Fugitive, an earlier QM series, guest-star on Cannon.

I've seen them a few times (Foxtrot and Lamb), and had conversations with Denis and Francois . Their love of music is the first thing that got my attention, and the fact they wanted to talk about non-Genesis art-rock bands - that's a personal take on the people behind this project. It's a must-see for Genesis fans, and any rock aficionado who wants a "time travel" concert moment.

One thing is that it does not include every guest that was on Cannon because the episodes did not show every guest star in the opening. I just watched the one with Dack Rambo and Richard Van Vleet was also in it, but he is not in the opening credits of the guest stars. Still this is great to see put together.

I fortunately went to see Genesis live for many tours starting in the early 70's like foxtrot, the lamb, Trick of the tail, Wind and Wuthering, Then there were Three, and these guys are going to "replicate" the Genesis sound? Give me a break and good luck, you're going to need it. Steve Hackett is still trying to keep air in his Genesis Revisited balloon failure. You all should quit trying to copy the uncopyable.
