Just got back from Schoodic Point 4 days ago. Spent a week up there, never been to the area. So beautiful and have visited all the local business in Winter Harbor. Will be back again so we can get a better look at Acadia National Park since it was fogged in for 3 days straight.

I wish you people would show more about what the liberal agenda moving up has caused, not just these glam shots of a State being leveled by drugs, homelessness, and out of staters driving our prices into oblivion. Maine isn’t Maine, we are now North Massachusetts and it’s sickening. I lived in Bangor for my first 24 years and the last time I went back some 5 years or so ago it was not even recognizable. For your next video you should do a walk down Preble street in Portland at 8 a.m. Show what this all is really like now.

I will be up in Winter "Habahh" in 2 weeks. I have never been this far east in ME and hope to see Bangor for this first time along with Acadia National Park and Bar Habor maybe even Lubec. This is a family reunion, meeting the first time, our Maine relatives where my Aunt had grown up and met my Uncle, who was in the Navy at the time stationed up in Winter Harbor. Cannot wait!!!

Don’t come to Gardiner unless you want to be a victim of a protection racket. Broadcast in protection rackets cause mass shootings. Maine is the worst place in the USA. Gardiner PD runs broadcast in protection rackets on me until 4am, 5am, 6am every night. The whole thing is based on “The Wizard of Oz” including sending out the flying monkeys. I have strongly recommended to the DoD they relocate all defense manufacturing out of Maine ASAP as it is unsafe to visit or reside in Maine.Gardiner PD’s protection rackets are so AGGRESSIVE I want FBI Director Wray fired for ignoring the protection rackets for the last decade. For the record women have Equal Rights and women are NOT horses, fish or rides.

Thanks so much for visiting The Alna Store in this episode! We have long been visitors to the beautiful state of Maine ('94) and have recently become owners of a small condo near Sunday River. I knew I was going there soon so I made a note in my phone of the name and address of this little store and was determined to include it in my visit along the coast for a few days during my next trip. I was very pleased to be rewarded with one of the best meals I've had in a long while. Definitely the best I had on this vacation, and that's saying something for I ate out a lot, not wanting to cook for just one on my solo journeying. Whether or not this chef wins the very coveted James Beard award, will not matter in the least to me, or anyone in these parts I imagine, because they know how lucky they are! Actually the locals are probably hoping the secret doesn't get out because that will bring the crowds and noise that naturally follows that sort of award winner.

It was nice to be able to stay at the new Best Western. On previous visits we were limited to some older motels that were old and run-down when I was young. Hotel Rumford has some great food and I've been going there for as long as I can remember. Dick's for breakfast is a must. Black Mountain is where I learned to ski. It's great to see the improvements. Taking our family on a canoe/kayak trip down the Androscoggin in Bethel was priceless.

My Mom was the church organist. In the early 80's the church installed a pipe organ with 4 rows of keys. It no longer is in the church do to operating costs, but there is a church a few towns away in West Hartford, CT that still uses it's original installed pipe organ with a slew of horns/ trumpets in the back of the church. It's amazing to hear to this day. In Hartrod, CT, The Bushnell also still operates a huge pipe organ. I noticed the label in the video on 13:40 mark of the company that help contruct the air chest system is from Hartford, CT. Very cool to see.
