So grateful for this this morning! Woke up ,got in the shower only to find the rubber inside was showing and as soon as the water was turned on ,it spurted everywhere!! Have changed the shower head before ,but was worried i`d need an assortment of tools to undo the entension.Phew!! Again ,many thanks ,am now going to fix on my new shower/head!!:)

You have to turn it clockwise by the way not anti-clockwise. He does turn it clockwise in his video but just said anti-clockwise for some reason.

You don't screw it into the "other end of the hose" you attach it to the SECOND hose! It's the second hose that extends it. If you screw it into the "other end" you end up with a circle

You can’t be serious?? 😂😂😂 for one you didn’t put the shower up in the holder? Two, that plastic sealant is way too small I would’ve thought you’d need it to go right along the edge of the bath? three, as for the flow of the water why would water be going round the back when it’s coming out of the tap as opposed to the shower head??? Four, when you did put the shower on it wasn’t in its holder above so to me it looks like there’s an issue with the bath taps that needs to be sorted. Five, nothing about that ridiculous demonstration makes me feel like I want to purchase your piece of plastic because as I say you did not put the shower in the holder to prove that it would stop water from going over the bath and onto the floor!!. I would seriously have a rethink about your demonstration because as I say it just looks like there’s an issue with the taps why would anyone buy a piece of plastic to rectify it rather than just get it fixed??. 😂😂😂

I just got these, does the ball go up or down. Right now I have the ball on top of the rod and since it keeps coming loose I was wondering if I got them upside-down since they don't have any directions or illustrations and there doesn't seem to be a KZfaq video on how to put these up either, this is the only video and since it's 24 seconds of the hook laying there it's useless for pretty much everything.

This looks like the overflow releases the water in the sink. You need a video to show a tink or bath with out an overflow.
