Hi bro, 2012 chevy cruze, changed the left rear drum brakes, also played with the cylinder in and out at brakes, after finishing it, found that when I press brakes, it hisses also when car off I can hear sound from ECU maybe like aa teeeeeeeee, whats the problem? Please reply thanks Also at brakes, one pad was worn significantly more than other one, felt that brake cylinder in there might be bad thats why I do in and out
@GarageMahalLife
@GarageMahalLife 2 күн бұрын
So when one pad is significantly worn, that is a sign of a bad caliper/rear brake piston and or air in the brake lines. Master cylinder maybe also failing.

@@GarageMahalLife I haven't bleed brakes till now, can that cause some issue? Also, I'll replace that brake cylinder first, then what's the chance of brake booster failing?
@GarageMahalLife
@GarageMahalLife 2 күн бұрын
Air can cause that issue, brake fluid loses its viscosity after time and heated in the same area all the time. But typically brake piston seals fail after time. If the vehicle is older than 7 years and or 100k miles, very good chance the brake pistons and or the master cylinder have failed and need to be replaced.
@supermancreations7588
@supermancreations7588 Күн бұрын
@@GarageMahalLife I bleeded the brakes just the rear ones only, now the brake pedal feels hard and firm, not sinks in, then I drove my vehicle to test, brakes working good, but that hissing sound is still there but highly reduced, moreover when I went to see brake fluid reservoir it is black in colour, I poured new and in few seconds it also became black again. What should i do now, not touch anything? Or change brake fluid by sucking out partially and put new and do the same thing until it becomes clear?

How many of those i need for a 24000 btu unit?
@GarageMahalLife
@GarageMahalLife 5 күн бұрын
On the outside unit, there is a metal placard, maybe under the wiring cover, it will show 410a oz... then a number. So the kits come with a 28oz bottle, enough to top off most units, however if you are not heating or cooling proper, you are at least half empty, typically. So a 64oz unit, should only need 1 kit most of the time. If your units are 36k or higher, typically take 128+ OZ, you may need a kit with 1 tank and maybe a 2nd tank. I'm here to help answer any questions you may have.

I wish someone would take the adapter apart and show the wiring? I bought two of the adapters and they don't work! A 20v Dewalt battery on a Bauer cordless planer. @@GarageMahalLife Yep, just finished assembling it. Went smoothly. Took my time and completed the job in maybe 30 minutes. Haha, the tray assembly was a little trickier than I thought it would be. Had to break down and look at the picture in the instructions manual. I’m not a big bike mechanic but looking forward to at least cleaning and lubing my chain with ease now. I’m prepared now for whatever the bike needs. Difficultly level of the assembly for someone like me would be 3.0 out of 10-10 being a serious pain in the back side. Yeah, the stand looks real nice!
