There was probably a slow driver parked in the left lane, so the guy had to drive around the slow driver and probably lost control. The left lane is for passing. If you're driving the speed limit, stay in the right lane. Be a better and more considerate driver.

So sad. This was not an accident, this was a homicide. Look at the damage to that car, it had to have been speeding. That driver took two lives and should never be allowed to drive again.

The driver returned home and in doing so accentuated the loss of your mother and her male companion. My intuition tells me that the driver was under the influence of a drug that made the user stressed out, pent up, and anxious. My condolence to you.
