Finish the Lightfall campaign. Complete the Unfinished Business quest for the Deterministic Chaos Machine Gun. Complete the Parting the Veil quest from Nimbus. Finish the Unveiled quest, also from Nimbus. Go to the Pouka Pond to unlock the new Aspect.
