Yes mate you can flip centre plates on drive hubs and it will disengage drive motor allowing to tow it

Another excellent piece of work and very well explained in great detail. I’ve seen this before where the canbus don’t like 48v flowing through it. Keep up the great work look forward to the next ones

@@stephenreeves4898 yes definitely you can for example on Sepex type DC controller you would go with red probe on B- and would check F1 , F2, M- with expectations to see diode drop and next one is black probe goes on to B+ and measuring F1,F2,M- looking for diode drop as well .

Appears, if i go with the wheel transaltion motor too or from the wheel. bevore i move the translation motor everything is ok and the green LED is lighting. Voltage presence on gbo without function demand would trigger those errors. If there is not input from enable button or foot 🦶 switch then should be no voltage on GBO otherwise it will go in to alarm .🚨

Awesome job as usual, I felt like I spent forever adjusting and messing with a siops issue on a hr28 the other day for the exact same issue, siops activating and staying on when going over a bump, so I adjusted it like you and didn't take into consideration added pressure from the cover 🤣 but got there in the end 👌 keep up the good work, looking forward to the next video 👌

Thanks for this amazing tutorial. I am really confused with the difference in CAN ID, Node ID and COB ID. I believe Node ID and COB ID are associated with CANOpen protocol. You have identifier as 426 now I am lost to where this 6 came from. In CANOpen if you want to use PDO1 you have to use 180+Node ID = COB ID. In CANopen terms it should be 180+46 = 226. So I am a little confused.

I had a brainwave, does 6 represent number of bytes you are reading? I have noticed you only read 0 to 5 bytes and bit shift them. So if it was 428 could have I read byte 7 (Not used) and byte 8(SoC) ?

Identifier 426 is decimal number in hex 0x1AA. Hex value: 0x1AA - 0x180 = 2A 2A node ID Decimal value: 426 - 384 = 42 Node id 42

Try to check pwm board . It could be that that pots weee adjusted to much. Try to back them both off anticlockwise.

Hi I think there is a way to do it if you need to recover your machine with overload fault but you need to contact nifty to get special code .

Yes it is same machine on level grounds booms fully stowed press enable button and white button for 7 seconds

Another great video and very well explained in great detail, it just goes to show even though in the end the canbus resistance reading where good after replacing the valve controller machine still did not work which the last fault was caused by the motor controller been faulty. That’s what I love about canbus faults it’s like opening a can of worms trying to find what is causing the issues. Keep them coming, all your faults and remedies get entered into my bible book of faults. 👍🏻

Thank you Stephen . Yes it was not easy one as two failed components were giving same error. Valve drive was causing error 27 and motor controller too. But yes resistance checks is really good way to star with . You will see more about it next weekend🫢😉

I am only getting 112ohms when I test to the bucket. Also I cannot find a terminator in the bucket, my board is different. Is that where there is one always.

It could be that you have. A board with permanent terminations resistor. Should be 120ohms basket in its own.Competed loop would be 60 ohms.

Wonderful job, how about using esp32 devkitv1 and a1050/c module, i can send data to esp32 well with usbcan , but there is nothing to show in the serial monitor.

Hi 1050 is 5v chip and esp32 runs on 3.3 you need to use 3.3 can chip or some level shifting
