Personally, if I lived in the Gotham TV series universe and worked at the GCPD, I'd offer Ed and the rest of the Department to be the one Ed tells his riddles to. It would be a triple win situation: the department (specifically Bullock) wouldn't get inadvertently frustrated by Ed, Ed would have someone appreciate his intelligence and quirky personality, and I would get to sharpen my mind as well as get some entertainment with some brain puzzles.

I think it's hilarious how they chose the most adoreble actors to play the villains, it really give's the actors the opportunity to show how much range they have, so it isn't just because they're some big scary dude, it's because of their behavior and demeanor.

I just started the series last week finished it today and overall the process of Edward Nygma slowly turning into the Riddler is awesome the way they showed Nygma's slow descent into darkness is just amazing they gave him the perfect backstory I love the series because of how great The Riddler is he's my favourite character in the show by far they did a great job casting him as The Riddler he's perfect for the part

So I just need to say this. His name. I've always thought that his name was Edward Nygma on purpose. I'm italian, and the italian word for "riddle" is "enigma" and at first, not knowing the english word, I thought they had the same word. Thinking "wow, Edward Nygma, E. Nygma, enigma" I was just..."this is genius". Then I discovered that the english word is riddle and I was "oh, that's even more cool. It's all just a big coincidence"
