Well, was a beautiful day on the water, but, not so good on the number of shrimp. Guess this trip turned into a fish fry as you seem to have done pretty well on that. I like your hot tub! I built one out of a plastic stock tank in Baja, used an tankless hot water heater and a rv water pump and battery. Framed it in and insulated it and it worked awesome. Keep trying, you will get it done!

I flew in one of these only once. We had finished a 15-month deployment to Iraq and were leaving our AO to do all the bullshit you have to do in Kuwait. Most of the time, you get crammed into a C-130 and slowly die of heat exhaustion waiting for the plane to take off. However, our flight out of Iraq was in a C-17. To my amazement, the cargo bay was air-conditioned, and there were real seats instead of those red fabric bench things that had a support bar that is extremely uncomfortable to sit on if you were the unlucky bastard wo happened to sit there. No, they had airline seats. The flight was amazing. Not so noisy, and no one was sitting in the "you'll die here because the prop could burst apart and impale you" yellow lines (obviously because the C-17 does not use props). Shit was nice. It was cool walking through the propeller wash of the C-130, though. We were far enough away to where we wouldn't essentially be blasted into orbit, but it really put into perspective how powerful those engines are. I remember the crew chief of the C-130 looking utterly depressed out his little window, though lol. That and the parachutes lining the wall. We Soldiers all agreed that if the plane was going down we weren't going to let the crew get to the parachutes. I mean... it was mission impossible anyway due to the fact that there were over a hundred of us tightly packed in that bitch and getting to the parachutes would be exponentially hard. Another funny story. During my second deployment, I was returning to Talil from R&R, but we were stuck in a C-130 waiting on a "VIP," some general. We sat on the tarmac for what seemed like two hours, shit was so uncomfortably hot. They had a truck come bring everyone water and some dude pissed himself. We were compacted as usual. Anyway, this fucking general finally shows up and looks inside the C-130. He does an about face and tells everyone he'll get on the next one out.

Своеобразная рыбалка . Но как тогда с утверждением, что американцы не употребляют карпа в пищу ? Или рыбаки иммигранты ?
