Ha! There ain't anything cheap these days. I love Marlin rifles which has become a painful passion price wise. I like the rear sight on that rifle and the folding carrying handle. I had to go with the AR10. 👍👍!!!
@CJTucker-BW5003 ай бұрын
the ar 10 is a fine piece as well. and yes the new marlins are quite pricey!

I've been on the fence over something like this. Winter has let go here so I have half a year to save up. Definitely going to purchase from this company. Thanks for a good review. 👍👍!!!
@CJTucker-BW5003 ай бұрын
you are welcome. you have a year like you said but take it from me.. keep a eye on their stock,, because when fall gets here the color and size you want may already sold out. i like the olive drab, but if i could get another color it would be the lynx pattern in the shirt jacket.haha

Hello, Iron Woodsman, and THANK YOU for the review. Also, of course, thanks for your purchase!! One of the knocks we get most often is that our garments are expensive. We make the best we can figure out how to make, and we are always 100% USA. Our FullWeight Fabric will vary a little in weight (there is a lot going on!) but should be 18-19.5 ounces per square yard (opsy). Fabric weights are often given in ounces per running yard, but because there is no standard width of a bolt of fabric, if you don't see opsy or gsm (grams per square meter), you don't really know the weight. More importantly, tho, few people want weight for its own sake. Our goal is to maximize performance by choosing superior fiber and spinning, weaving and finishing with excellence as our only goal. Your interest and kind words are most welcome and much appreciated!! --- Ralph (& Family)

Beautiful jacket, good review. What hat are you wearing? Suits you perfectly.
@CJTucker-BW5004 ай бұрын
thank you! let me tell you, this hat i ordered from a company called HOLLAND COUNTRY CLOTHING, its a UK based outdoor store. very good stuff. insanely good prices. the hat brand is called HOGGS OF FIFE. its Scottish type stuff . the hat is wool felted. 100%. it was just 50 bucks shipped and all! that is amazing for a nice wool hat.

man that's awesome! im glad you got one,, yes it's a hefty decision i know. once you wear it for a few weeks you will get past any buyer's remorse you may encounter. haha. just small bit of advice, i store mine in a plastic tote with folded paper on the bottom to prevent moister build up and keep moths from it. i don't hang it up.

Mmm! I remember the first time I had peach cobbler made in a Dutch oven at hunt camp. That was the best cobbler I ever had up till then. The old timer who made it was a pro, cook it low and slow was the key he kept sayin. Good video!

This video takes me back to 1987 when I joined the Australian Regular Army. I trained with this rifle for years. We had a locally made version which was of course very well made and robust. They were full wood with a metal butt plate that was made to be smashed into the heads of our enemies. They were accurate but being a big rifle/calibre they took a bit of practice before becoming really competent with it. I've still got a few magazines lying around. If your brother ever heads back to Tennessee for a visit I'll give them to him to pass on to you.

@CJTucker-BW5009 ай бұрын
yes,, you know i walk a fine line between getting it baked through and too many coals browning the top before it gets completely done. bout 400 degrees is what im after . its different every time it seems, i did however use a different cake mix, that could have changed it...
