yo! i love you voice, it is very smoothing! Did you just visited recently? Also, is the express train ticket worth getting?
@littlenewyorker
@littlenewyorker 11 күн бұрын
Hi! Thank you so much:) The express train would be worth it if you want to explore as many places as possible, but otherwise I would just take the local trains and enjoy the view. I personally used it because the schedule for the express trains worked better for me, but i would’ve taken whichever train that came first!

There is something special, about the excitements, that bear stories bring, at the start of a mythical adventure. Just a few hours from Tokyo, you’re transported into a wonderful, beautiful and magical land, surrounded by nature. Step foot into Nikko, and begins a journey, exploring a new world… And on a silly note. I too want to fall, for the enchanted, loveliness of Yudaki, Kegon and Ryuzu. And legends has it, that the kind spirit of Nikko, is waiting for you. And when you need to escape, steps foot into a dream, and for a small fee, Nikko will be here to greet you too. ⬅️ elusive tongue

Ooo0ooO0h. It is so very tempting. And a wonderful bear hug would just be divine. I think I would completely lose my mind. I can just imagine sliding down a thrilling fall, and falling into an amazing bear hug, waiting just for me. Something not even Goldilocks can believe. Maybe one day, just maybe.

Hiking from ryuzu falls through senjogahara marshland, passing by yudaki falls and lake chuzenji, all the way to yumoto onsen and then taking a bath at one of the onsens was one of my favorite experiences in Nikko.

Aah, Tsuyu. Is that like Dashi soup seasoned with soy sauce, sugar and mirin? I think that it’s often served with tempuras. And tempuras is good for sharing. Is Kyoto tofu really simply that delightful? It seems likened to that of ambrosia? I mean, if I were to steal a morsel of a bite, would it ignite a scream of fright, “Touch it and I’ll sue you!”? Or would it be alright to share?⬅️Silly Toes

@@littlenewyorker Yeah, gate-keeped like the trolls that live under the bridge right? Trolls might be cute, but their riddles are so annoying. I stay clear of them because I’m not so smart. How much did you pay for the nara souvenirs?(Deer and shirt etc) and how long did it take you to see the golden pavilion in kyoto and all of what you saw in nara? ( hours wise) thanks!
@littlenewyorker
@littlenewyorker Ай бұрын
Hi! The deer and t-shirt totaled around 4500 yen, and the snacks from Kyoto Station were around 2000 yen. In terms of time spent, I took around 30 minutes for the Golden Pavilion, and 3 hours in Nara but definitely could have made it an hour shorter if I spent less time gazing at the deer. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your beautiful and calm vlogs. I just stumbled across your channel when I was looking for interesting videos about Japan. I will be travelling through Japan (Tokyo -> Nagasaki) with my two children for three weeks next August (2025). I'm curious to see how much the country has changed, because in 1998 I was already in Japan for two weeks as an exchange student. Back then, I stayed with a family in Obihiro (Hokkaido) for a week. Those two weeks are some of my favourite memories. I wish you much success with your channel, which I have of course subscribed to. :)

Ni hao ma? Gomen nasai! Gomen nasai! I know now that I said things wrong. I am just a random fan, and I will fade away, like the memories of an embarrassing day. But before I go, I want to go out with a bang. And on that ludicrous note, I wish you the wildest fantasies, about food, fashions, and footwear. And most importantly, the wildest fantasies about your favorite books. And then, when you wake up. That you wake up. And steps into your sweetest dream, and discover the treasure that you long for. And together you can share your future. Because you are worth sharing. I will now hide my tongue, and my fingers when I watch your videos.
