Pleasantly enjoyed your car restoration review. .a beautiful car indeed. And I may mention that in the movie Bullitt 1968, 2 Ford mustang GT 390s were used to gather with 2 Dodge charger RT were used in the car chase.. see it here on youtube. The movie French connection featured cars which are vintage now.

When you said you restored it, did you do the work or had a shop do the restoration? When you say GT is it a "K" code or just added the badges and stripes. You can tell by the VIN code...and is that a 65 or 66. If it's a 65, then the speedometer or cluster gauges should be different.
