On my bagged laying frame hard af 91’ stepside Silverado I run 22x10” with a +30mm offset never had a problem. Back in the day I used to see guys modify either adding an inch to the fender etc…looks like shit!

A shorty rear end should do even with a 12” upset

So apparently you can actually use PN 26015779. I believe it’s the steering shaft in the c3500. I’ve read that you don’t need to make any modifications either and would eliminate the rag joint. I’m about to try this myself and see if it works

Years ago I made one work by just shorting the axle tubes . Unless you absolutely love the wheels don’t advise . Shit ton of work and a few trashed cut parts that wouldn’t fit . But it still rolls around NJ to this day somewhere up there

The 84-94 XJ/Cherokee shaft(95+ XJ shafts are clocked 90 degrees different) works just fine on ALL GM trucks that have the steering column extending through the firewall with both joints being under the hood. For the US OBS trucks in 95 GM changed steering columns when they added in the air bag, it is a much shorter column using a 2 piece steering shaft with the upper joint now being under the dash inside the cab, so installing the XJ shaft is much more work in them as you have to cut the lower joint off, and graft it onto the stock 95+ shaft. Installing the XJ shaft in place of the lower shaft on a 95+ WILL result in a loss of steering going down the road as it adds in a 3rd joint in the middle of the shaft that will be un-supported.

Is this the same part and procedure for the K1500 4x4?

I'm wanting to run the torque thrust 2s 22x9 22x11 265 30 up front 295 30 in the back 4 7 drop will it clear or need to be trimmed an rolled a lot? And am I going to run into problems wanting to drive it a lot? It's also a step side.

I just bought the one from Cunningham machine and its exactly the same as that with no modifications. Just bolts right in and i think it was only like $80. Come to find out most of my slack on my 95 Silverado was the pitman arm needing replaced after i replaced both it helps tremendously.

What a hell have happened in this tank 😂. Looks like some took s turd in there. Changed mine 2011. Never look bad like that.

I have a 92 dually obs running the 3 link kit with upper bridge and triple bellow semi truck bags, how do I find my half travel. Do it put the wheels I ll be running and let the frame sit on read end then weld everything in ?

I'm wanting a way to put a toggle on my system that way I can crank the car before I have to turn air compressor on. this way won't drain battery to fast.
