Chores are ridiculous if they have to pay a cleaning fee... Its not a vacation if they have to do chores... Then pay a cleaning fee... Makes the host look like they are ripping off guests... My family refused to get an airbnb on a family trip due to cleaning fees... We all just got hotel rooms...

If I add the owner as a co host, can the listings be on my account as this will protect me in case of a split in future. Otherwise what’s stopping the landlord to take over once the reviews build up? What’s the right way to go about this.
