For years I thought"Elegia" *was* Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells! It sounds like a darker mashup of Part I at 13:32, 15:06, 16:04...

Nessa segunda parte, a guitarra de Bernard Sumner consegue criar um clima que lembra "Era Uma Vez no Oeste", de Sergio Leone.

_____Well... In the story I imagine from this tune, the nuclear apocalyptic war's happened centuries ago, but it's not on THIS version of Earth. It's some kinda parallel universe where scattered bands of people have got high tech, but most of the land is overrun by tribes mutants, monsters, and malformed animals. It's sunset, the main hero is doin' battle with some warlord with one hand that's cyborg-metal atop a castle big as a mountain--it's the guitars mixed with medieval flutes, I say!

There's something to be said for how a song can reach into your chest and pull something out of you, or put something in... even without lyrics.

@code3racing They did the same at Birmingham Tower Ballroom back in the 80's. Everybody had left and then we found out the following day that they had played a 40 minute set to the two cleaners - it was, apparently, a barnstorming effort. The 5,000 of us who saw the first 40 minutes were merely the warm up crowd.
