I will correct you based on what I've heard from many other people and from Roborock themselves. It doesn't detect when it's bin is full so it doesn't know and therefore will only return to the dock and empty when it's job is complete. This can cause issues because when the bin is full it will stop picking stuff up. Also, I'd like to know does the dock itself hold water and can it auto fill the water tank and empty it? Otherwise, great video.

Review Addendum: Since the making of this video, LG released a new dual roller cleaner head. It might solve the problem we talked about with picking up large debris. But there's no indication they've fixed the issue with the vacuum's body properly sealing in fine debris. So, even if they've upgraded the cleaner head, we still don't think CordZero vacuums are a good pick.

Sorry to say but this unit failed after less than two summer seasons of use in my basement. If you purchase one make sure you buy an extended warranty. That said all these low end dehumidifier’s are the same, you may get two years of use but not much more. I’ve had several different brands and that is my real world experience.

After doing some further investigsting, the Coway does have a stronger and faster airflow and motor on it's Max and Medium settings. It can clear a room of dust and particles a bit faster than the Winex. So you are also paying the extra money for faster filtration if that's what you need it for.

Why didn't you review the black one which is the top of the line in the bespoke series. Would be interesting to see the comparison with dyson

Over the years I've owned five of these units, they have a drastically increased my quality of life with asthma and allergies. Clean the filters outside/garage with a vacuum/shop vac and you can double your filter life

I bought a Hisense 12000btu single hose and made an adaptation for the compressor refrigeration inlet hose made on the 3d printer. I wrapped the two ducts with a foam blanket and I can say that the efficiency has increased by 50 percent, now it turns on and off and with one duct this didn't happen, meaning I will save energy. It also depends a lot on the air conditioning model.

..top rated overall are not looking that nice to put them in your home, I would always go with something it looks better but maybe you need to wait longer to clean your air. All purifiers generate some air circulation inside your room pushing along with purified air also the uncleaned air, more or less depending the type. Good filters and nice look... if one clean your air in 30 min and the other in 1 hour it doesn't matter that much.

In an Rv you do not want to pull moisture in it, it also pulls moisture into your cabinets ! You want dual hose so it doesn’t pull moisture into the rv…

I dont understand why you disregarded the air doctor being able to filter out particles 100x smaller than normal hepa filters at 99.99% efficiency. 0.3 vs 0.003 microns are not "similarly sized particles". This difference is huge if youre trying to make sure youre filtering out mycotoxins, bacteria, viruses etc from the air which are sub 0.1 micron sized particles and why the ad 3000 has a heftier price tag

Doesn’t pick up water

If going away on vacation, and the home is going to be closed for a couple weeks, it would be nice to remotely start a few air purifiers running a few hours before returning. Since Coway's Mighty ap-1512hh can't be started remotely, I'm thinking: Levoit Core 600s or Shark HP202 (the Shark HP302 generates ozone) Kenmore SMART PM4030 / 2300e Nuwave OxyPure ZERO 47251 Any thoughts on these?

Considering using a Portable AC unit instead of a Heat Pump. I know that these units are designed to vent through a window but would it be possible to vent the Portable AC down into the basement and out a 5-6" vent through the foundation like you would do for a heat exchanger or dryer? You are going to tell me that they are not designed that way and that it comes with vent pipes for installation to to a window, but I must ask why would it not be possible? This would make it less intrusive then putting the vent in the window. It could make the Portable AC unit a permanent installation. Would be better for security because it is easy for a burglar to knock out the vent pipe to access a home, but it would be much harder for the burglar to squeeze through a 5" vent in a wall or foundation

Customer service says that by inserting the white hose in securely the and pressing pump, the tank should not fill. Wrong! However I have changed to the garden hose method which is gravity right in to an opening in my interior French drain in the basement. Tank doesn’t fill up in this mode.

I am totally disagree that larger is better for a dust bin ! I dont need to keep the dirt inside there forever! Also, what about mass? What about noise?

I have the dyson omni glide and I like it! It light and tiny. Two brushed make a good job. The only dislike from my side is a bin size. After using few days, I check the filter and it prefectly clean.
