Canadians/Lumberman’s are my go to. Classy and also very functional for great taste and cool smoke. I also believe another significant difference between the two similar pipes: Lumberman and Lovat, is that the Lovats are typically shorter (5.25-5.5”), versus the Lumberman is typically 5.5-6+”. Typically why I reach for a Canadian/Lunberman vs a shorter standard Billiard or a Lovat for smoking my Virginias.

boy oh boy...you've been charmed...1st samford then initiated at The Briary?! i'll tell you what...i've been around....probably ~20 pro tobacco shops in the 38 states i've traveled...i'm a known regular in a handful of them. The Briary is the best tobacconist I've ever walked into. Fine gentlemen pipers with extensive knowledge freely given. *ahem...thus renowned.

I don’t own one of their Bull Moose, but will soon-good looking pipe. Enjoyed my visit to Briarworks for the Muletown Pipe Show and its a cool place for sure. Nice selection of tobaccos, but you guys at The Briary have the best and largest selection for hundreds of miles around.

Probably the Rhodesian or Author...slightly bent pipe styles. Although a variety of creatively-shaped pipes appeal to me.

I do like the Rhodesian and my collection is full of bent pipes. It's nice to have both hands free with a bent pipe.

Flakes are my favorite cut of tobacco. I find more flavor and a longer burn.
