So why don’t we want the elbow past the body? Also what if it’s a standing one arm row, would we not have the elbow go past the body?

Fantastic podcast. Agree with the servant mentality BUT these same folks need to be taught about boundary setting for themselves to keep their great energy decade over decade.

Good stuff. Probably my favorite episode. It has a little bit of everything, from trials and tribulations to breaking down a good workout. “Can’t be a chef if you can’t cook.” 🔥 Can you please list the books he recommended. I know he read a few you recommended as well. Please and thank you! Look forward to the next episode. 🙏

If your already working your bottom leg with the associsted resistance of being fully extended (despite the lack of motion), but you seemingly have so much better stability up top in the midst of performing knee raises over "outward leg raises" (so to speak), then this should be something of an interesting exercise to experiment with.

Is it dangerous to be in the dead hang position at all? Or just as part of the pull up movement?
@Markd3156 ай бұрын
Well what if I just use straps? Then I don't really need the knurling to pull sumo, right? I do think it worsens balance issues to be narrow but it might have made my pull stronger when I developed this habit. Unsure how I should proceed.

No sound. Doesn't look like much active work os being performed. Most of the movement is coming from the pivot on the i side foot. That looks like it brings the torso into the handle, allowing the arm to pull back, simulating to rowing action.

Your videos and video thumbnails are awesome, but your video title and description are not SEO-friendly, so your channel is getting fewer views than subscribers.
