"Some cans make a hissing sound when opened because they are vacuum-packed and the noise is a result of air pressure. This is perfectly NORMAL." However, if a can hisses loudly or the contents spurt forcefully out of the can when opened, it may be an indication that the food is unsafe. Do not taste or use such food. Place the can and its contents in a heavy garbage bag. Close and place the bag in a regular trash container or bury it in a nearby landfill.

I believe there were/are several microwave ovens that would rotate a waveguide to sweep the waves throughout the food evenly instead of a rotating plate. I doubt a smol gadget like this would have one, but I guess you never know, until you tear one apart.

that's propaganda on the back of that log cabin bottle. the statue of liberty never had that message anywhere on it or near it. someone (forgot their name) came up with that later on. to pretend like the USA was always a country made for everyone and anyone (melting pot propaganda, multicultural propaganda).

These videos are the perfect ads for canned food. With how crazy inflation is and the world being turned upside down, it really helps ease your mind and your wallet by stocking up on cheap canned foods. Corn, soup, beans, spaghetti you name it. When you can buy a meal for $0.50 to $1, you start to realize how prepared you could could be for an emergency situation. Just a few cans a day, and you could have a whole pantry stocked within a month. As crazy as it sounds, if WW3 or another great depression were to happen, having a pantry completely stocked full of canned food could really save you. You can go a step further by stocking each rooms closet in your house with a box full of canned food, so each person is set.

Older sodas like root beer and cream soda contained powdered lactose which is basically the natural sugar in milk. It's what made the drinks taste creamy and feel smooth on your tongue. Newer sodas don't really use it anymore. That's why the foam in the older soda seemed better, it's the carbonation reacting with the lactose.
