I remember watching this 2 years ago. It was airnomically fantastic. The way the f-22s fly fast and how loud they are, really phenomenal.

I will be vacationing there with a rented RV. Is doing an Uber or a cab an option to get to the Homer spit from Ocean Shores RV park?

Erm… Brazil was NOT “conquered by the Spaniards”, nor did “the Spanish go home and took it with them”. Brazil was colonized by the PORTUGUESE and they were the ones who took the seeds to Europe. Also, the indigenous name of the plant is URUCUM.

I had one of them when I was about 10 at for the fooled a few drunk people when I decided to go ham with a paintball gun while I was wearing it, they literately to where I can touch them look straight at me and said I come on out I see you stared at me for a half a second and then looked away and then look somewhere else and then said I say you come on out. Other than that dude but he was kinda out there. I thought I was invisible first time my did, a real airsoft match our sadly mistaken, that’s why I took the time to build my own out of a good camo base, fishnet burlap for jute and 550 power cord to tie on vegetation

There was no snow. We drove down from Utah and there was no snow to be seen along the way. It was about the 3rd week of December in 2018. If that helps.

Thanks for sharing. Here we call them ground provision collectively but the large one is Dasheen and we cook the leaves as a side ( callaoo). The smaller one is Eddoes used the same as the Dasheen and tannia but bcuz it's softer usually given to babies (mashed with gravy)

I definitely learned something new today, I love the taro smoothie I get at the donut place I go to and always wonder how else it can be used and what the flavor would be. I love your videos because someone who is not from the foods region can cook it, eat it and explain the teste. I love shopping at my Asian market but dont know the products are and how to cook it. your videos are very informative

Nice historical rendition. The only thing is that I think you mentioned that Filipinos have a Mayan facial structure. I think you meant that some of them share facial features with some people from Central America but that is probably because of the Spanish features that both groups may share. Some Filipinos just like Central Americans have Spanish genes because of colonization. I am not saying that none of the Central Americans who descended from the Mayans could not have migrated to the Philipines and had families with the Native Filipinos, but historically Native Filipinos are browner and inherited certain unique features from them just like the Central Americans did from their Mayan/Aztec etc. ancestors. Since colonization, some may be lighter just like some of the Central Americans but they still have some of the unique facial features and body composition of their non-European ancestors just like some have the features of the Spanish. And I think you made reference to Cuban mojo criollo. It sounded like you said that it was hot unless I misunderstood because it was mentioned in the "leche de tigre" reference. Regardless, Cuban food is not hot or spicy but well-seasoned. In Puerto Rico and perhaps in other Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries, we also use aceite de achiote or annato oil like they do in the Philipines.

Did you know that annatto is very very nutritious! Full of good healing properties. Good for eyes, good calcium boost for bones, very high in vitamin E, rich source of antioxidants, improves digestion, helps manage diabetes, reduces signs of aging. I buy it by the pound and capsule it and take one every day!
@JulieJulieTheRockChickhermiz2 жыл бұрын
You forgot to mention that Annatto seeds are used predominantly in West Indian cooking along with Pimento seeds. My family have been using these seeds for centuries and the flavour is AWESOME 🤗

Good video! Surprisingly expensive taro. I know it from the lovely sweet coconut taro desert that you get in Chinese places. The taro adds a bit of a earthy texture to it which really balances out the sweetness. Very easy to make too - coconut milk, tapioca pearls, diced taro, sugar and water!
