It is wonderful. Thanks for downloading it. Ah, I'm not a guitar player, but that doesn't matter. Well done is well done.

THIS is soul. It's absolutely ridiculous what people think passes for soul guitar these days.

Cool stuff... I think Cornell's Tele could have used a setup... that high E sitar and buzz thing during some of the licks... a sure sign of string(s) slapping against some fret(s)...

Not a Tele. Did you watch the video? Do you even know what a tele is?? Just look that the thing

Josh Smith was showing off a guitar modeled after Cornell Dupree's famous telecaster with a DeArmond Dynasonic pickup in the middle position, and I knew if Josh Smith idolized Dupree he must be something special................................!

I didn't think he would play so dynamically...his accented hits..usually the first one..is ear bleeding...didn't the engineer have the balls to compress the signal

To sit there with no accompaniment and play so melodically and cleanly takes some doing. He makes it seem so simple but it ain’t. Great stuff.

@Basslycks9 ай бұрын
funny enough i got this on amazon and got the vhs by someones mistake. It was listed just as the pdf companion. I was looking for the vhs for years since its out of production. I have no idea why companies sit on this content and never rerelease it. since i got it, i thought im not the only one who should benifit. I wont be selling the hard copy though.

Thanks once again for this copy . What makes this a collectors item for me is Henry Davis on Bass. Check out his work on the album Love To The World by L.T.D and his playing on the song Sweet Love Hang Over by Diana Ross. Thanks once again. HOLD ON TO THAT TAPE. Peace.

Got me a Squire tele about the same color for $fiddy bucks, just sprayed some Radio Shack static spray around the pickups and she worked like new, had her since 94' or 95 and she's still my favorite to play and practice on

Drummer isn’t dragging, he is purposely creating that type Of pull in on the beat to stress the syncopation of the 2 and 4…having space for the upcoming shenanigans. These jokers are killing!
