does your filler cap still hold air ? mine eventually leaks and then I have to use pipe thread tape. :(

I bought one because i wanted a quality unit that won’t rust and will last. Surprised it doesn’t lock & latch the swing-out arms like some cheaper units do, i also had to get a vinyl roof ‘hand made’ with 500mm drop sides to fully enclose the top which makes a big difference showering in winter, and keeps rain out for portable toilet inside also..

Nice BUT with Quick Picth Rtt, the ladder in on one side, and this side is on the left same place thand this shower... all the other Rtt have 3 side for the ladder , but not the Quick Picth... so how you have access to you re ladder.........

Good day, thank you for your question. The Quick Pitch Rooftop Tent has a mounting slot over the full length of the tent on both sides. This means it is possible to mount the ladder bar on both sides. If you would like to mount the ladder on the backside of the tent you could easily mount the ladder bar over there with some rivnuts for example. But for most vehicles the rear side is used for cooking etc. so it is not ideal to mount the ladder over there. Please let us know if you have any more questions. Kind Regards, 4x4 Center

Thank you for this review 👍👍👍 I don't know if you have micro on you or it is juste the mic on the cell or cam. But the sound are very very low, even if we put at max volume. Maybe do something... anyway thank you for you re work.

I wonder if there is a way to set up one of those pressurize Roadshowers right under the roof tent on the right side of the truck so that it aligns with the shower curtains set up. Nice rig by the way!

Thank you for your reaction. That would be a great solution, however: The Roadshower would most likely block the side panel of the canopy. We found the solution in placing the Roadshower on top of the roofrack in front of the rooftop tent. This way it catches more sunlight en by extending the shower head it still reaches the Quick-en-Suit (shower curtains). Kind regards, 4x4 Center

How was it mounted to the car? Only through Frount Runner?

Thank you for your question Edward, The Quick Pitch Awning on this vehicle is mounted on the side of the Quick Pitch Rooftop Tent. It is possible to mount the awning on Front Runner Roofracks. But also other brands of roofracks, rooftop tents and load bars are compatible with the Awning, depending on the brackets. Are the load bars the tent is mounted on included with the tent? How is it installed if you already have a roof rack for carrying stuff, fuel, water etc for longer over landing trips? Front Runner for example.

Good day Fergus, Thank you for your message! The Roof Top Tent does come with special brackets to connect the tent to a roofrack or to the load bars. In case of the video, the Quick Pitch load bars were mounted onto the canopy of the Amarok. Then you have a decent connection. If you have a roofrack, the brand is very important, because we have various ways to mount the tent. Can you send us an email via [email protected] ?
