Well I am confessing something here, my sister younger sister is fat like really fat, and I always say nothing looks good on you because you are fat and blah blah she remain silent many times I saw her crying in front of mirror before watching this video I thought that having a model like body means you are beautiful so I say those things to her because I thought these words will motivate her to do exercise to loos weight but now after watching this I realized that what I have been doing I was constantly making her insecure about herself instead of raising her confidence and I am really ashamed of myself for doing this I desperately want to say Minahil you are so beautiful and I love you so much
