the soul of music runs deep in Memphis...as an Aussie, I didn't realise/ think about my faux pas when, visiting Graceland during a massive Elvis anniversary in '07, when a legit fan walked by me and said, "He's good too". I was wearing a Johnny Cash t-shirt at Graceland. My profound apologies to all Elvis fans though I reckon you might let me slide...sort of, given I was on a musical pilgrimage to pay my DEEPEST respects. Sorry.

Ok. I'll be the one lol. Idk know who 2 of these guys are to remember their names anyway. Johnny and Roy yes of course. My Daddy was a bonafide old style country lover from way back. It's never been my fave but you know you do lots of things out of love. Like listening to his faves with him. Es5ehen I was blessed to ride to work with him! Gosh how I wish I had realized that more. Hes been gone 31yrs now. Lost him early to diabetes complications. Can someone tell me the other 2 please? Thank you! And thanks for the vid 🙏🏼💔🕊️ Wonder if he can hear them now?

I don’t really like country music but Johnny Cash is an exception if he’s even considered country. I think a lot of people would say the same.

From the "33 1/3 Rules of Rock & Roll" Rule #1: No matter what you have done in R&R, Jerry Lee Lewis has already done it, and probably better.

the 4 of the sun 5. Elvis passed first, then roy, then carl, then johnny and lastly jerry. Jerry had arguably lived the roughest life of all 5.

"Legends of The Sun". There is only one other person I'd loved to have seen with them all together. And that's B.B. King. Him and " Lucille," Jerry Lee and his Piano together would have been phenomenal. He was linked up with Sam Phillips and Sun Records too in the Early days. And Since it was After Elvis had passed, A Record of Johnny, Jerry Lee, Roy Orbison,Carl Perkins and B.B. King on Lead Guitar. ALL together would have been the closest kind of homage of Respect to the " M.D.Q." Session again.
