If you change the oil, does that help? I ask as my 2007 F800S was 'overly noisy', I changed the oil and installed a K&N oil filter at the same time. Its now much quieter. Oil used is mineral based Castrol Activ 4T Motorcycle Oil - 15W-50

in some colant tanks (like mine in video) it is located in extra compartment on the tank wall so you cant see it from the top opening..

plug it.....you will recive message wheel not detected...try this ...start playing with keyboard then try several time on wheel settings if you get blank wheel profile option (settings wheel....click left and right arrows near the wheel title ..you should get blank profile1, profile2...than you can manual set the weel...and you also should have original FH4 game... i had similar problems and i also i alway recive message that wheel is not recognized but somehow it worked for me...

hmm could be but it is only ticking when eng temp is from 50-70 °C if engine is total cold or fully worm than it is ok i assume it could be a combined vacuum oil pump..

@@F750GSBMWMOTORRAD I have exactly the same sound, but it does not depend on temperature. Initially it was noticed in winter; on a warm engine it was barely audible or not audible at all. But he appeared again and was quite loud, although it was very warm outside. But since our sound is 100% identical, it is strange to see the dependence on temperature. So you still couldn't find the problem, like me? What kind of oil do you use, how often do you change it, does the engine consume oil?

@@Misiroff Regular services, 168000 km, big service at 125000, castrol oil..no oil consumption, no warning lights, engine maintained as it should be, maybe it is oil pump? Now it is 1,5 years since it started sound like that. Ticking sound comes from the engine bottom side on left side, i think arround waterpump or even lower...still i didnt figure it out what is the problem and i have done about 25000 km since it started...@Misiroff

i ordered form china - alibaba, it costed me 1600 usd total, it has loncin 7,5 hp gasoline engine, it took 3,5 month to recive it to EU...company link attached..

Same bike, same noise! ARiemann was testing a brand new f900gs and mentioned that noise as well…mine has now 10K and goes to inspection next week. I’m afraid I already know the answer from bmw 😢

no..after one year (and 20000 km) the sound is still present, starts at engine temp 50°C and stops when engine is at 90°C. If i press clutch it doesnt have any afect on changing sound, it is strange because major service was done, timing belt,waterpump, rolers spaners..ectr

no it still rattles like rattlesnake..but sorry ...everybody including bmw service dealer said it is normal..this engines are quite noisy and rattly and all of them sounds like that..i have also done some research and they are all noisy

My bike has the same sound, I noticed a lot of f750 and f850 sound like your bike, I think is nothing to worrie because ove 3k-4k the soud disappear but if you have and update please let us know :)

Já tive um desse ,na minha opinião uma pequena mudança no posicionamento do encoder dele colocando direto no eixo central ao invés do motor deixaria esses modelos com segundo melhor opção já que até hoje não conseguiram desbancar a Logitech

If it's the "clutch side" of the engine, the noise sounds like the "rattling"of the clutch , of a main bearing, something like that...

yes i am aware of cluch rattling when clutch is not engaged but this anoying rattle sound comes from engine head..around valves or camshaft chain...but motorbike is brand new...everybody tells me it is normal including bmw dealer..
