I built a well pretty large ship (takes up the whole build area) I found the setting for the PID that was perfect for me was 4000 sooo yeah

Well that’s good. Larger ships tend to take a higher d value.

That's awesome. On loss of power by button, trigger another circuit to center the weight and hold it centered, on a separate battery. After 10 seconds kill power to aux battery, only activativated again by eneegizing of primary power. Maybe.

Yes. That is correct. It was intended as a more basic tutorial but that is correct. And actually you would get a less than, and if less than 0.10 electricity, then center the weight. As if it was set to when it is empty it would simply not do anything, as it would have no power to do so.
