hello there! i haven't been very active on youtube lately due to work, so i've been more or less just lurking here, but i just needed to reply to you now. because your comment didn't only make me freaking happy (thank you for that! <3), but it also inspired me to finally pick up the video editing again. after an eternity i'm finally working on something new (which will hopefully come out some time next week .. it's not the untamed tho, something quite different actually, but i hope you and others will like it nonetheless :)). so thank you a ton for finding the courage and time to comment! it's really comments like these that are needed for new motivation sometimes <3

Not entirely sure if I understand your comment correctly, but in case you're wondering about Lan Sizhui calling Wei Ying "Wei Qianbei" instead: the Chinese "qianbei" is a courteous salutation term for a senior / older person, that Lan Sizhui often uses for Wei Ying out of respect. The Netflix subtitles left most of these little Chinese characteristics out though, if I recall correctly, so maybe that got you confused? Hope that could help! :)

Me too. Zizhen had more exposure if they didn't change the scene in Burial Mounds. In the novel during the second siege in Burial Mounds, Zizhen was among of the juniors who joined killing the puppets while the others were escaping. He almost got killed but Lan Qiren came to his rescue.

I just watched it again and I have to applaud your choice of clips. Did it take a while for you to select which moments to include? I think you chose spectacularly. I also love how Bad sounds quite menacing at the end, which is very fitting

@@galelee7011 Thank you so much for both your comments, they really made my day! Epic action trailer is exactly what I was going for! Actually, the concept of the vid was done quite quickly, regarding the suspense / plot arch, so that I just needed to find the right sound and image for it. Which was kinda hard I admit. Just too many great scenes in Dream's video, he does an amazing job on that. And Bad sounding menacing is just what he deserves - was so great to see him pulling that stunt in the end and becoming the main villain of that whole thing!
