It really is years past time that Marklin/Trix started to use modern motors. Also by now dynamic smoke and steam from the cylinders. Even Hornby is starting to offer that on some locos, and using water too rather than stinky smoke oil.

AI for sound though? Imagine a loco would sound like it’s working harder pulling a heavier scale train than a lighter one, and actually sounding right at speed!

@@TheTrainroom Maybe if it can be connected to make full processes of moving goods (for example coal) between two different points, from the step to load it into the wagons to reload it into ships, another factory, that would be nice. Also, when quantum technology is so improved, it can control and move the small model people, that would be also great. :)

I use numberplate recognision to send DCC commands to a specific train to beeep in front of a tunel or whatever I want.

Auf keinen Fall einen blauen Trafo verwenden, der er zeugt einen zu hohen Umschaltpulse, der den Dekoder zerstören kann. Unsere Anlage ist zu gross und zu kompliziert, um manuell gefahren zu werden. Deshalb setzen wir auf vollautomatische Computersteuerung.

Ich habe gestern meine 4. ESU Lokomotive die Ae6/6 bekommen 31531.Ich betreibe meine Anlage mit einer ECos 50210 auf dem Märklin C Gleis somit AC Betrieb.Die Zentrale habe ich noch nicht lange ,aber bei neuen ESU Lokomotiven habe ich zum Teil schlechte Fahreigenschaften bei mittlerer Geschwindigkeit die sich mit leichtem Stottern beschreiben lassen.Aber das merkwürdigste passiert bei Höchstgeschwindigkeit ab ca. 75 Prozent bis 100 Prozent wenn der Beschleunigungsknopf ca. Bei 85 km/h steht fällt die Esu Lok aus und fängt sich durch den Pufferkontensator von selbst wieder ein um nach ca. Einer Runde wieder auszufallen.Meine esu Class 77 hat dieses Problem auch.Was könnte das sein? Überlastungsschutz vielleicht?Einstellungen an der Höchstgeschwindigkeit ändern.Wäre super wenn jemand einen Tip hätte.Das Phänomen des Ausfalls der Loks ist an einer Märklin MS 2 nicht feststellbar.Danke

Ja, das könnte der Überlastungschutz sein, ich habe den bei einer Lok eigeschaltet, und wenn es stark bergauf geht, sieht es so, also ob der Hauptschalter sich lösen würde. Habe keine Pfufferkondesatoren.

Rocrail won't work without any kind of sensors, because it needs to know where the trains are. So schedule won't work either.

If you have a control box that keeps the power runnning, it will fry the coil if these micro switches are not there. The box you have is probably 7272 (7271 is the one you should not use).

Man kann Decoder für Z-Lokomotiven kaufen, allerdings nicht von Märklin. Man kann mit der ECOS sowohl DCC als auch Selectrix Signale generieren, somit sollte es gehen, allerdings mus man die Spannung am Netzgerät auf die niedregste Stufen stellen.
