Interesting….most engineers state small form factor cassette players have little to no positive effect on sound than degradation (in a negative way). Little to no compression and because you are only outputting from the cassette, the signal can’t be driven. Try recording the sample from your cpu into the cassette player then re record the signal back into your daw. The way you did it really wouldn’t have affected the sound much. Try it out!

How do you like the Push 3 after a while? Really liked the way you used it in this vid, love that it has polyphony, samples, sound design all in one. Been looking at the digitakt II or this, still not sure...

I'm still liking the workflow of the push 3 a lot! It forces me to be creative because I haven't loaded all of my samples on it. Sound design is very intuitive on this device
