Sucks that they don’t bottom out and go up snug like the oem one it’s like it just has the rubber on the new shifter and smooshes it up if you do it up tight my one was finger tight loose I used a lot of blue literally just fitted grips shifter and foot pegs in this style and brand will go for a spin in a bit and hopefully I don’t rattle the shifter off lol

How did you relocate the left/right indicators from the bars? Was it difficult? What seat is that? Is the seat from a street glide ?

What brand are those saddlebag lid covers? All the ones I’ve seen in that style are only for touring models which have bigger bags.

So I guess you just locktite & thread the new shifter peg on with no tools to tighten it? I ask because I'll be installing a Ness shifter peg and grips next weekend on my Iron 1200.

Hi just git a switchback, was given to me and be trying to find the 2 into 2 out exhaust headers to run dual exhaust. Where did you find yours and do you know the make and part number of them. I'm going crazy and can't find it anywhere

Nice upgrade. How much was that? My switchback is in the shop atm, waiting for parts. Doing some upgrades. Hogworkz halomaker headlight, front and rear turn signals to get always on running lights, cause I commute to work at night, and 12 inch mini ape bars, cables had to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks now at the Harley dealership. The supply chain for parts is the problem in the US atm. I'm missing my wind therapy.

@@paulbunting8952 these are very hard to find and if you find them they usually around $1100, they are expensive in the states, i have a 16 as well and went with the Rinehart 2-1 and i love them.

Love the look of your bike.. last year i picked up a 2014 switchback . Did a stage one upgrade. Now im looking at changing the bars. i cant wait , i do not like the look or feel of the stock bars =/ i can't wait to get my bars done lol

I went through a 2 sets before I stuck on these bars but it was the right choice, I can ride for hours without getting uncomfortable! I know the switchback have mixed reviews especially from the full touring model owners but I genuinely think it’s the perfect mix for me right now! 2-3 long trips a year with are 1000+ miles and the rest is just day to day riding so it’s everything I need!

@@idlehands33 i agree with what you say it being the perfect mix. Honestly, i haven't owned/ridden enuff bikes to make an educated judgment BUT I enjoy my bike thats all that matters to me, shit i enjoy riding, period. That being said, im to the point now where im ready to make it look a little nicer.

Yeah do it! Start putting the personal touches on it! I always say I’ll leave this one alone but I never keep that promise! Parts start showing up!

Sounds awesome. I have the Vance and Hines 2 into 1 on mine. Question, have you experienced the Dyna Death wobble in high speed turns? Mine has it, replaced wheel bearings, engine mounts, added stabilizer links front and rear, and did the Legend rear suspension which all helped a lot. It's still there a bit, but minor, and manageable. Next on the list is the Legend front suspension.

I haven’t really experienced any wobble on this at all! It’s a bit shakey at idle but I never really got the wobble on my previous dyna either, maybe I’m not pushing it hard enough! Haha!
