This is terrible, i hate when vindictive people get in these positions. I went through a (not half as intense) similar situation with a car insurance agent.. she spitefully continued to raise my rate as if i couldn't get quote else where. I sent her an email to cancel and not renew, i got a new policy half price with much better benefits. She then refused to cancel and renewed my policy anyway. I figured out how to cancel it through chat customer service as no one was answering calls or returning emails. She sent a new completely exaggerated rate to collections. Smh some people are just hateful and miserable.. You may want to look into reporting that agent to what ever accrediting board that he is under!

Hey! From what I’ve seen Relay freezes less bank accounts relative to other online business bank accounts but I will say that payment takes longer to receive if it’s a transfer or depositing a check. Yes, you can change it later on. If you get a virtual address, you can set it up now no matter where you live.

confused on the comment about Relay requiring LLC or Corp - from their FAQs - Who can bank with Relay? U.S. corporations, LLCs, general partnerships and sole proprietors.

Some sole proprietors have mentioned getting their Relay application rejected. They generally prefer incorporated businesses.

A bank can “unofficially” deny you for any reason. Construction is a higher risk industry so it acts like a point against you but if you have all your documents and financial statements together, then you should be able to find a bank that is willing to give you a loan

Hey Darcy, that was so cute the way explained everything step by step, great insights of information, thank you. Yes, you are right they don't exactly report business credit like personal so you have to monitor it every month and talk to cs, also there is intelli credit and also small business exchange to be reported too. So the best course of action is that sign up yo business business credit on the back burner but apply everywhere with you personal credit for business loans, lines and cards.......Only credit union. There are tons of credit unions give out loans, lines and cards for business. Banks like Wellsfargo, pnc truist, chase, bofa should be second option. Game plan should be good personal credit with <12% Utilization with no lates or any negatives. Remember to know what bureaus they pull from, one Thursday at 9 am hit all four banks and call the bureaus and delete all enquiries. Do the same next day........lol
