I think the third act is gone over a tad bit too fast for pacing, but the movie is clearly about writing, writers... and experiences/feelings attached to it, whatever they are. Rather than being Just about a scandaloush relationship which is the catalyst that could essentially be whatever of experiencing something raw and new to inspire writing. Which I think many doesn't seem to grasp. Not so much a love-story than a story about writers. You go into so many famous writers background and there is endless interesting stories in their life. Actually many artists. It is about her journey to get her one to have something to pull from, an experience. From where the thing starts quite literally in the plot. Even tho left somewhat ambigious, I do beleave they did do it. Because the essay rattles him that bad afterwards (for the implications of instability) while he almost reads it thru like from his lense of photographig memory than just being a fantasy. Also not being convincing at saying it didn't happen. Then at the same time she Does go to the board with revenge of heart-break (says she is a villain, hero, this and that) but also to give him the chance to write again and to also take from it all if he have guts after once very brutally showcasing of not having nerve to go in the end after crossing lines. Like he could have ended working for the school, move out with her and whatever it would end up be or in time not to be. He does not take that, but does take up writing afterwards for the slate being swiped clean for him and having something to say. They both see the talent in each other. He kinda was also just in a limbo to write because what, you are gonna make a book about your wife being horrible towards him with her? With continuous discouragment. Everything being routine and new experiences than becoming older having been done in his mind. Which is part of the don't then be a coward after crossing a line theme when he starts to spin out of control after having gone for an experience since clearly not being happy, especially when kinda holding something fragile. If being the older and wiser then knowing to not to do it or go thru with it. If they had ended up together I think the theme would be even more lost than it already seem to be for expectations and news about it. It could've been what people expected aka a romance story that challenges conventional norms and babying 18 year olds in some senses while not others when yes, the choices are yours.. They both act immature about the dynamic at times weather 18 or 50. Both make a big move to a big horrible consequence to the other. Because yes 18 is legal and she might be mature for her age, it still isn't like as an 50 year old being so brutal about the aftermath of handling what happened won't come as a bigger shock to a younger person as a new experience (as in the dialoque she narrates like ripped skin off of her etc.). So she feels that it is matched with telling the board while still giving him a choice to prove to himself that he can choose to take away something from it too and not be a coward and write. As he does.

So in the official video, did they kind of edited Stephanie's voice or polished it? Because in the official video released, if you don't know that she is sick during this performance, you wouldn't know. But after watching this fancam, you can clearly hear her voice was not in a good condition because she sometimes changed some notes here and there.

Her hospitality is just something that the 🌎 needs more of especially in the entertainment industry! What I love about Monsterpalooza is that they always get the best of the best in the industry especially those that don't value money or anything and everything else.
