Allerdings stellte der Arbeitgeber einen Beschleunigungsantrag bei der Agentur für Arbeit und nicht bei der Ausländerbehörde. Denn es ist das erste Mal, dass ein Auszubildender aus dem Ausland entsendet wird... Was ist in dem Fall zu tun? Thank you for this video. I made an application on 8th December 2023 to IHK FOSA as an Aircraft Mechanic from Nigeria. My application is in view of the chancekarte visa which isn't open yet but I'm preparing for it.... My question is, on the last requirement "evidence that I want to work in Germany " I only submitted a letter of interest or motivation. Is this acceptable?
