yes it has delta sharm beach in Naama Bay Area, you need to use transportation to arrive to it, you need to coordinate with reception in the resort before going to the beach in order to have the access card.

yes if you rent apartment from reception you will have access to the beach. the beach is in Naama Bay 5 kilometers far from delta sharm it is normal beach not very big. in delta sharm there is restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy and supermarket
