95% of museums/galleries in London are free.. regardless of student discounts. That is what I was so shocked by when I lived there for 5 years. It is still my favourite city, followed by Lisbon, Tokyo, Buenos Aires & Melbourne! Also.. I was so sad at your Borough Market choice - There are so many freakin' TASTY choices and you went with a so, so sandwich! (To be honest, Borough market was not even in my top 10 food markets in London, so I was always going to be sad for you) Whenever you do go back to Europe - Iced coffees are not their thing, Italy, France, Netherlands, Denmark - the birth places of coffee: Is macchiato, cortado etc Strong and small. Just have that in mind. And NEVER ask for sugar or syrup in coffee, or a latte after 11am!!
