My gelatin comes in powder bulk pack. Dont know how much in a package of liquid gelatin is. Help please. This looks so good and want to make it. I did use gelatin in another deli meat I made and was winging it for sure. It turned out ok but was soft.

What brand of meat slicer were you using it look like it had plenty of power ?

Folks, the devicd us called "Ham Maker" yiu can out whatever meat you want in it. And slice it like a luncheon meat. Or, sausage, meatloaf, whatever. Its to get away frim stire bought, iverly processed foods. Looks great. Just received mine in the mail and am anxiously waiting to experiment.

That truck looks nice! Which one of those hot sauces do you like the best?? Wings are my favorite. It has been hard to find them in my area and if you do find them, they want way too much money for them. I have been buying the chicken thighs. Hard to beat the price at .99 per LBS.

Ever so sorry, but it's my understanding that ham is one massive offcut from a leg? Of course it's perfectly possible to reconstitute the ham bits, but I'm wondering whether the end result would be ham or spam?
