All of us will get sick die whether we like it or not,,there's no need for us to deprived ourselves too much of what we would like to eat, some of these unhealthy foods gives us energy,,and gives us satisfaction on what our mouth is craving for ,,,,people on the go usually prefer easy to prepare meals without thinking if that food is good or bad for our health,,, do what u want to do eat what you like to eat ,,take the risk do not regret...thats it

Your mention of that EVOO can help constipation as I eat an avocado for dinner as it's filling but the EVOO will help digestion and it can help the brain as I also have epilepsy and anxiety and stress is a big problem so thank you. I also have Iron Def. anemia so EVOO mite help. Thanks... I'd do more research. And have a tbsp at night. Thanks!

What about oxilates that build up in the body cells, which are in plants and slowly poisen the body, causing multiple health problems on top of high pesticides in fruits and vegetables.

Probably you're talking about oxalates. Well, these compounds aren't known to be poisonous, rather exist naturally in almost all fruits and vegetables. For a person with healthy kidneys, oxalates shouldn't be a problem, even people with kidney stones or even CKD can still eat certain fruits and vegetables which don't have too much oxalates. It's generally considered safe to do light activities after donating blood, such as taking a walk. But its best to avoid doing strenous exercises or heavy lifting for at least 24 hours after donating blood. Also, pay attention to how you feel. if you're feeling light headedness, fatigue, dizziness, or lack of energy, its best to give yourself a proper rest for at least a day!
