Boulons de transport non retirés. Ils doivent être retirés avant la mise en service de la machine, sous peine de l'endommager. La garantie est alors annulée.

That appears to be the drip pan for the condensate with normal operation of the refrigerator. It should evaporate given time which is how the refrigerator is designed.
