I haven't been to China in a long time, but I remember the public bathrooms there from my childhood.....truly terrifying. I'm surprised they are still like that. Surely they're not as bad as the late 90s?

Thank you for your for comment. I’m sure that bathrooms in Shanghai are much much better than 90s. Maybe I am too sensitive about bathroom issues haha
My hometown! Unfortunately the Huiminjie is not great for food anymore (too many tourists). It's better to go a bit further out for the really good stuff. I recommend 酸汤饺子 and 菠菜面 if you go again next time.

thank you for watching and appreciate your kind comment. Huiminjie was very crowded, but we really liked the energetic vibe in the street!

I recommend if you want to go to the Great Wall again, to go to the Mutianyu area. Far less tourists and a much better view.

thank you very much for your kind comment! if i get to visit Mutianyu again, we will make sure to post our vlog again!
Another Japanese KZfaqr had this in Shanghai 3 weeks ago he called it “炸小籠包(fried Xiaolongbao)”, you get it right, it should be called “生煎包”, thank you for your video, enjoy your food.😄

Thank you for your comment! Because I love 生煎包 so much, it was easy for me to learn the name 😊
