Our 20s are full of lessons and self discovery 💕 I’m 27 and the biggest lesson for me is that people don’t care about me as much as I think, so I should go ahead and do everything I want instead of wasting time thinking “what will others think”

A good posture is a Velcro shoulder strap. It pulls your shoulder back and engages your upper back.
