He used to be on Nickelodeon during its reruns, but also rerunning on local syndicated affiliates (meaning it aired off-network on local channels of Fox, independent stations, and the big 3 network affiliates (NBC, ABC, and CBS)), CBS on Saturday Mornings, The Family Channel/Fox Family/ABC Family (various educational PSAs "safety tips" was aired as an interstitial show on Pax Kids in the late 1990's in between The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World), This TV, Starz Encore Family Channel, Light TV (now theGrio), and Qubo.

I remember 2 of my pbs stations Maryland Public Television and WETA using the fablevision pbs kids bumpers as shown in this video except they had either Maryland public television or WETA branding on it. WETA used them from April 2000-September 2006, while Maryland public television used them from late August/early September 1998 when the fablevision bumpers and mpt kidworks branding premiered until September 2002 when mpt kidworks became mpt kids and family, and my third pbs station WHUT aka Howard university television didn’t use the fablevision bumpers at all. I actually remember seeing the unc tv and SCETV versions of these fablevision bumpers while at Myrtle beach South Carolina on summer vacation in August 2003, the WEDU versions in June 2003, the WGCU fort Myers versions in summer 1999 I think July of that year, and the WHRO versions in late July/early August 2007 which was the last time I got to see the fablevision pbs kids bumpers on tv, and that was until I saw KZfaq. These pbs kids bumpers bring me back a lot of memories watching pbs kids in the late 1990’s and into the 2000’s.
