Cool 240, i spotted very early steel rims (74-78 models). Imo they don't fit 86+ models but that's just small details. Best 240? Stock 240! Badges on trunk lid missing too :/

Had a 96 with a gold paint job and cool chrome rims. Looked sweet and when it ran well it was amazing but it had intermittent problems that no one could solve, not even the Cadillac dealer. Had to sell it. Too many headaches. Sad to see it go. It hauled ass when it was running on all cyclinders which is not just a saying. Sometimes it would only run on 5 cylinders, stall, bog. 😂

Believe it or not, I just bought 1996 Deville 78k miles from old lady who was original owner. March 2, 2024. It reminds me the year I came to America (legally) 😅. I parked next to my C8 Z06 they’re just beautiful old classic

Anyone have any idea why the illumination doesnt work for the radio, the start stop buttons, the button on the steering wheel, the windows button ? For the lap, the illumination on ly appears when the headlights are off.

Very informative! Lovely wagon with a clean interior. Looks like this one has overload springs at the rear as the car has positive rake. It is not always the case with these wagons - many of them looks as if they are sagging at the rear with front of the car positioned higher than the rear visually.

The M44B19 engine offered in the 96-99 US models is one of those blocks that just never dies. Mine has 260,000 miles on the odo and it runs amazing.

Nice! I also have a -85 DL with B200K engine, and what I usually do when starting it is get the choke all the way open, and the car always starts right away. After getting the car to start, I adjust the choke to a more appropriate state :D It has always started, even when it was -25 Celsius and no problems :D These things are great, and thanks to fact they were designed in the cold north like Sweden, they are also suitable for finnish winters :D

On my B230a I pull the choke 2/3 while cranking and 1/2 when it fires up. Even after storage for 3 seasons it starts after 2-3 cranks on a low battery. U used to have a dead battery that would only crank it once per second and only 4 times. Used it like that for a couple years, because it Always started
