This is totally a beast 🔥🔥🔥BT v5.4, 40ms low latency, 13mm BoomX drivers with crystal clear sound quality. The quad ENC mics works perfectly and captures clear-cut audio. 🔥 🔥 🔥 I also have Boult Astra and that was, and is, my first eaebuds, and that product is also crazy good. But there are some issues which I noticed. 1. I am sure if the hinge will hold up for long time. (Major issue) 😕 2. The case also doesn't have magnets because of that the case opens up without any efforts when held at the top part. (Major issue) 😕 3. The sounds while powering on, powering off, switching to game mode and music mode, voice assistant and tws sync are very low quality. It feels like in using a ₹300-400 bluetooth speaker. I guess it can be fixed by a firmware update. I have Boult Astra and the sound effects are of very high quality on that. 😢 These are my thoughts on Boult Astra Neo. Gaming - 10/10 🔥 ⚡ Music Experinece - 10/10 🔥 Battery - 10/10 🔥 🔋 Build Quality (its sturdy, but the hinges...) 6/10 👍 Sound Effects - 3/10 😢 Please fix the sound effect via a firmware update😕. Boult,what a company,Send faulty products to customers,then ask them to courier their faulty product to service centre,remember they promised to refund 100/- bu tnever do so🤣🤣🤣,Then they simply just ship u the faulty product back without repairing it.And when u msg them,they just say "you got the product",wow my money to buy the product,my money to courier the product,not once but twice,thrise,and at the end they ask me to b happy with the faulty product,they do not even acknowledge the part that they DO NOT REPAIR A SINGLE THING, NEITHER REFUNDS MONEY. I'm nt buying from boult anymore,EVERYONE GO BUY EVERY BOULT PRODUCT OUT THERE😂😂😂

⭐ Boult 'was' a best company before, Now they don't care anymore. I bought a boult Y1 Gamming on 7th may 2024, received a damaged product!. I thought it was okay, I will replace it. But Boult told me send the product to Delhi, with delivery charges from my own hands, which was ₹133. But I send them anyway with the whole package, as I received. It took almost forever to replace the product,🤦🏻‍♂️ and when It reached me the product in the name of replacement they send was only the earbud and charging case only, rest everything is missing😥. No instruction manuals, box, extra earbuds and warranty card. Even the earbuds I suspect used before because it was open. I don't know what to do anymore. I was a hard boult user, Sorry boult but you lost me, as a user anymore. I won't recommend anyone this company. STAY AWAY!!!

I order mustang Derby earbuds from the boult online site date of 24 June 2024. After 6 days my order is not shipped & the status of the order is not updated to time to time. I call customer support to 18-20 time but anyone not helping me. I am so disappointed & feel stress due to this order. Boult having very poor shipping services and customer support services. Due to this issue I mail boult support & boult info email 4-5 time But not helping anyone. So I suggest everyone to not buy any product from the boult site. This is my first bad experience of online shipping due to boultaudio.

I have purchased boult z40 pro and after a 3-4 month it's case was not charging. So i sent my earbuds to company address for exchanging as it was in the warranty period. And it's been a month since they haven't provide any detail about my product exchange service and not even answering my mails. That's a total Fraudulent thing that's happening with me.
